Hey everyone! I’m writing my first blog post to share an important update. Starting June 10th until June 24th, I’ll be taking a break from the internet. My mental health has taken a hit lately, and I need some time to recharge and focus on self-care.
About mental health 🧠
Our mental health is crucial, just like our physical health. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and mentally drained, so I’m intentionally stepping away from the online world. During this time, my online activity will be reduced.
Digital detox 💻
Taking this digital detox will help me unplug, unwind, and recharge. I’ll be exploring new hobbies, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying the present moment. It’s important to prioritize self-care and take breaks when needed.
